Staybridge Suites Pigeon Forge - Smoky Mtns, an IHG Hotel

The location had a wonderful view. If we had gotten the option to get a king suite we booked on a higher floor would have been great, but it wasn't avalanche available. But our room was homy but also more relaxing and adventurous than our own.

Cleanliness and convenient location. The room was so comfortable and smelled amazing. Beautiful views from the breakfast area on the 6th floor.

Loved the location, large room with a full size fridge. Front desk employees were always helpful and nice.

There was a guy.working the front desk his name was Frank he was very helpful and told us a lot about the attractions I would rate him a 10

The staff and rooms were beyond my expectations. Extremely friendly rooms spotless and very spacious, breakfast was fantastic and my kids had a blast playing at the pool 10 out of 10!
