Great staff!! Very helpful when a glitch to our reservation came up. Took care of it in a very professional way - appreciated them going above and beyond for my family. Great breakfast and social hour food! Rooms were very clean and comfy. Staff also took care of needs (soap and toilet paper) in a very timely fashion.

The location had a wonderful view. If we had gotten the option to get a king suite we booked on a higher floor would have been great, but it wasn't avalanche available. But our room was homy but also more relaxing and adventurous than our own.

Cleanliness and convenient location. The room was so comfortable and smelled amazing. Beautiful views from the breakfast area on the 6th floor.

Very nice, clean, and the staff was great. Breakfast was good. Easy access to all the shops but away from all the noise. The pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel but the kids really enjoyed it.

There were lots of options for breakfast. The happy hour with snacks was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again.
